Delete your Curio account
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Deleting your Curio account removes it for good: your sign-in, your profile, every link you saved, your notes, your collections and the collections you follow. Your public collections, their RSS feeds and your profile page stop working. There is no undo.
In the app
- Open Curio and go to Me.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, then tap Delete account again.
Your account is deleted straight away, and the app returns to the sign-in screen.
To keep a copy of your library first, use Me → Export as JSON, which includes your notes.
Without the app
Write to info@hesperialabs.com from the email address of your account and ask for it to be deleted. It is deleted within 30 days.
What is not linked to your account
Crash reports and anonymous usage statistics never carry your account, links or notes, so there is nothing of yours in them to delete. They expire on their own: crash reports after 90 days, usage statistics within 14 months. Details are in the privacy policy: https://curio-66f0b.web.app/privacy
